We are looking for a client focused Property Manager to join our team on a part time basis.

We require 30 hours per week across either 4 days or 5 days.

We have designed our property management department to ensure work life balance.

This is not a typical end to end portfolio position, we want to hear from you about your ‘ideal working situation’.

The role has a reduced portfolio size leaving you time to do your job extremely well – minus the stress!

The support structure for this position includes:

- Leasing support
- Field Officer for most inspections and all condition reports.
- Assistant PM and Compliance Support
- Full trust account support
- Support focused Department Manager to make your life easier.

The candidate:





We are seeking an experienced Property Manager who can bring their expertise to the team and to our clients.

You will be able to work autonomously whilst clearly communicating with your support team about client expectations and deadlines.

Must haves:

- Current Agents Representatives Certificate
- Experience in managing a residential portfolio.
- Solid legislation knowledge
- Impeccable presentation
