GRIT Talent Consulting is seeking a contract Business Analyst to join a major supply chain transformation project with an ASAP start.
You’ll support the transition to a national distribution centre model, with potential future cross-dock capabilities. The role will focus on business process improvement, requirements management, stakeholder engagement and operational visibility across the supply chain network.
What you will be doing
- Analyse and improve transport, logistics, warehouse and DC processes
- Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder engagement
- Gather, document and manage requirements and traceability
- Support reporting, analytics and Power BI initiatives
- Define scope, dependencies, assumptions and acceptance criteria
- Translate business needs into transparent delivery outcomes
- Work across Jira and Confluence
What you can bring
- Strong Business Analysis and requirements management experience
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
- Ability to bridge business and technical teams
- Experience with requirements traceability and feature/epic decomposition
- Jira and Confluence experience
- Supply chain, logistics, transport, warehouse/DC or inventory experience
