Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic and suitably experienced person for the role of Project Training Manager.

This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment for six months with the possibility of extension(s).

n

As part of the Health Support Services (HSS) Program Delivery Business Unit, the Project Training Manager is responsible for:

n

- Designing, developing, executing and delivering a comprehensive training strategy to facilitate the implementation of HRMIS and its supporting components across WA Health.
n
- Cultivating, fostering, managing and sustaining effective relationships with stakeholders and vendors, both internal and external to WA Health.
n
- Creating, monitoring, assessing and validating an extensive learning suite, and customising it for diverse users and learning styles.
n




- Continuously updating and refining the learning suite and training material to keep pace with evolving system enhancements.
n
- Actively addressing feedback and identifying areas for enhancement and devising solutions.
n
