About the Role

You will be responsible for conducting a range of occupational health assessments in a skilled and client-focused environment, including:





- Pre-employment medicals
- Drug & alcohol testing
- Spirometry and audiometry testing
- Health surveillance assessments
- Functional and fitness assessments

Additional responsibilities may include:

- Assisting with medical bookings and scheduling
- General administration support
- Medical quality checking and document review
- Following up outstanding medical information and reports
- Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse/Enrolled Nurse
- Degree-level nursing qualifications
- Strong communication, attention to details, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills and cultural awareness
- A commitment to professionalism, ethical conduct, and best practice
- Good understanding of Workplace Health & Safety principles
- Current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Strong computer skills and confidence using online medical platforms
- Ability to work autonomously and manage competing priorities

Highly desirable:

- Previous experience in occupational health
- Accreditation or experience in:
- Spirometry
- Audiometry
- Drug & Alcohol testing
