Base pay range

A$150,000.00/yr - A$170,000.00/yr

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead and manage the quality systems, food safety practices, and compliance in our food manufacturing facility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards in product quality and safety across all operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the QA team to ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
n
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality management systems, policies, and procedures.
n
- Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews to ensure product quality and regulatory compliance.
n
- Drive continuous improvement in quality systems, processes, and product consistency.
n
- Investigate non-conformances and implement corrective actions to resolve quality issues.
n
- Manage supplier quality assurance,

- Provide training and leadership to staff on quality and safety procedures.

What We're Looking For:

- Proven experience as a QA Manager or in a similar role within food manufacturing.
n
- Strong knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety regulations.
n
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
n
- Experience with audits, quality control, and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
n
- Degree or qualification in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field.
