The Role

the Operations Director will lead operational excellence across multiple sites, driving performance, culture, and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead multi‐site manufacturing operations across Australia

The Candidate

We're seeking an experienced Operations Director or senior operational leader with:

- Proven leadership across multi‐site manufacturing environments

- Experience within packaging, FMCG, plastics, paper, or printing
