Job Description
Assistant Store Manager – Pottery Barn, Bondi Junction
n
Our Pottery Barn store in Bondi Junction is seeking a results‐driven, customer‐focused, and energetic Assistant Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer service, lead an outstanding team, and inspire great performance. This is a permanent, full-time position (76 hours per fortnight) on a rotating 4‐week roster. Availability to work full alternate weekends as part of the roster rotation is also required.

What You Will Be Doing
n
n
- Identify opportunities, develop and execute strategies, and analyse daily, weekly, and monthly reports to achieve KPIs
n
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
n
- Support company promotions and sales events
n
- Coach and develop team members to drive individual and team performance
n
- Provide exceptional customer service to achieve world‐class service standards
n
- Drive our Design Services business area by motivating associates
n
- Create and ensure a positive environment where all associates are treated fairly and with dignity, in accordance with our People‐First Philosophy
n
n
What You Will Bring To The Role

- Retail leadership experience, ideally in homewares or specialty retail
n
- Passion about customer service and enhancing customers' lives at home
n

Physical Requirements
n
n
- Ability to be mobile in the store and back‐of‐house areas, including standing for long periods
n
- Ability to climb ladders and use other equipment in line with safety standards
n
- Ability to lift and mobilise medium to large items, up to 30kg, while utilising appropriate equipment and safety techniques
n
