We are recruiting Food & Beverage Supervisors for the RAC Ningaloo Reef Resort, commencing in March 2026 with an expected start date of May 2026.

Responsibilities
n

- Supervise and train F&B; attendants, ensuring service standards are met.
n
- Provide professional, efficient, and tailored service to all guests.
n
- Take reservations, greet, and seat guests with warmth and professionalism.
n
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails and coffee.
n
- Assist with rostering, section allocation, and staff training.
n
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints proactively.
n
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, WHS, and harm minimisation policies.
n
- Support daily operations including cashiering, stock control, and closing duties.
n
n
Qualifications
n
n
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurants, or resorts, with supervisory experience.
n
- Solid customer service skills with the ability to create memorable experiences.
n
- Barista and cocktail‐making skills essential.
n
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
n
- RSA and Approved Manager's Licence required.
n
- Flexibility to work across a 7‐day roster including weekends and public holidays.
n
