We are seeking an experienced People Partner to join a collaborative People & Culture team in a hands‐on HR generalist role. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys partnering closely with leaders, influencing workplace culture, and managing a broad range of employee matters within a complex and highly regulated environment.

The Opportunity
n
Reporting into the People & Culture function, you will provide trusted HR advice and support across a designated business area, partnering with managers to drive positive employee outcomes and workforce performance.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
- Partner with leaders to provide pragmatic HR advice and solutions
n
- Support employee relations matters, including performance and conduct issues
n
- Facilitate conflict resolution and workplace investigations
n
- Contribute to workforce planning and talent initiatives
n
- Lead onboarding activities and support the employee life cycle
n
- Conduct exit interviews and identify workforce trends
n
- Provide advice on industrial relations, legislation and policy interpretation
n
- Champion employee engagement,
culture and workplace wellbeing initiatives
n
- Ensure HR compliance, governance and accurate record keeping
n
n
About You
n
n
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner or Senior HR Advisor role
n
- Strong employee relations and performance management experience
n
- Sound understanding of Australian employment legislation and industrial frameworks
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach
n
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business or a related discipline
n
- Ability to exercise discretion and manage confidential matters professionally
n
