Compensation: £15.13 per hour, £500 joining bonus.

Type: Full‐time, Permanent contract.

n

Hours: 39 hours per week. Annual leave: 5.6 weeks pro rata.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Ensuring a high standard of service delivery, meeting all statutory requirements.
n
- Reporting any client care issues in relation to health and safety and assisting with resolution.
n
- Providing care to clients when required.
n
- Training and development of staff,



supporting current employees through their probationary period, and fostering career growth within the company.
n
- Liaising with clients and families and attending client reviews as required.
n
- Monitoring the required standard of care being delivered in the community.
n
- Participating in rotational on‐call duty during office closures (including bank holidays).
n
- Completion of records to the required standard.
n
- Providing office cover when required.
n
- Attending weekly update meetings with the Co‐ordinator to ensure effective communication.
n
- Complying with company policies and procedures and legislative guidelines.
n
- Maintaining NISCC registration.
n

n

Essential Criteria

n

n
- Minimum of 1 year of domiciliary care experience.
n
- Enhanced Access NI clearance.
n
- Full driver's licence and access to a car & car insurance in connection with business.
n
- Must own and use a mobile phone.
n
- NISCC registered.
n
- Availability between the hours of business (7am – 11pm approx.).
n

Desirable Criteria

n

n
- NVQ Level 2 in Care.
n
- Supervisory experience.
n
- ICT experience.
n
