The Role

n

With a growing presence across Melbourne, we are looking for an experienced Project Marketing Manager to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies and campaigns for new and established assets:

n

n
- Coordinate digital and social campaigns in partnership with external agencies to optimise lead generation
n
- Prepare and manage annual and quarterly marketing budgets and campaign plans, ensuring alignment with financial targets.
n
- Stay on top of the local market — conduct competitor reviews, pricing analysis and use real insights to shape campaigns
n
- Champion the customer journey — constantly refining touchpoints and communications to boost conversions and build loyalty
n
- Use data and insights to optimise marketing performance
n
- Manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively
n

About You

n

This role is suited to an experienced mid-level Project Marketing Manager who can hit the ground running immediately with active projects:

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
n
- At least 3-5 years Project Marketing Management experience
n
- Residential project experience is essential (preferably built-form)
n
- Driver's licence and own vehicle, required for site visits
n
- Effective communicator able to engage and drive relationships
n
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
n
- Strong attention to detail and able to meet deadlines in a dynamic workplace
n
