Senior Drainage Engineer – Water Resources (Brisbane)

As a Senior drainage engineer based in our Brisbane Water Resources Team, you'll contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and engineers solutions with people and outcomes in mind.

What you'll do

- Lead and coordinate drainage engineering projects from concept through to delivery.
n
- Develop innovative and sustainable drainage designs aligned with client and regulatory requirements.
n
- Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers.
n
- Collaborate closely with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
n
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
n

What you'll bring

n

n
- RPEQ accreditation.
n




- Proven drainage experience in civil infrastructure projects (particularly in road and rail projects).
n
- Experience working with Austroads guidelines, QLD TMR standards & specifications and QUDM (rail drainage standards and specifications would be desirable).
n
- Strong technical capability in key software including 12d, DRAINS, MUSIC.
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
n
