As a Merchandiser, you will support the Field Sales team in spreading the word about Lindt by building strong relationships with customers in a designated territory within the Grocery Channel (Woolworths, Coles, Independents) covering Shepparton and surrounding areas. You will ensure Lindt products are front and centre and available for all to enjoy, meeting lots of interesting people and having the opportunity to develop your sales career in a supportive team environment.

Key responsibilities

- Building strong relationships with customers in a designated territory
- Building POS (bins) to display Lindt products
- Merchandising Lindt products at shelf e.g. facing up, ticketing, investigating out of stocks and stocking shelves
- Stock rotation, cleaning and maintenance
- Identifying in-store display opportunities to drive increased brand exposure and sales volumes
- Supporting your Area Manager with preselling of the plan and negotiation of display locations
- Recording promotional compliance through CRM system
- Executing merchandising standards of excellence
- Reporting back on store and consumer insights

About you

- Previous grocery retail experience, ideally as a sales merchandiser or representative




- Confidence and commitment to work autonomously
- Ability to build strong customer relationships
- Ability to productively plan and organise your working week
- Ability to utilise an iPad (supplied) and associated software and apps
- Prior experience applying effective manual handling techniques
- A current full driver's license and vehicle
