Élever Media is a quick-growing, social-first creative agency working across multiple industries with a hands-on, in-house team of photographers, videographers, creatives, and strategists. We create high-quality, strategy-led content for brands that care about storytelling, growth, and impact.

We're looking for a Social Media Manager + Content Creator to join our Sydney-based team, working from our Leichhardt office with flexible hybrid working arrangements available.

n

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves both strategy and execution, equally comfortable planning content, running shoots, managing clients, and creating content.

n

The Role

n

You'll be responsible for managing client accounts and content end-to-end, including:

n

n
- Managing client accounts and relationships
n
- Creating content ideas, concepts, and shoot plans
n
- Managing shoots and running production days
n
- Creating monthly content calendars
n
- Feed planning, caption writing, editing, and scheduling
n
- Managing client meetings and communications
n
- Working closely with the Director and content team to plan and execute campaigns
n
- Producing short-form content including Reels, TikToks, and platform-native videos
n
- Supporting campaign delivery across multiple brands and industries
n

n

Secondary responsibilities include:

n

- Basic graphic design using Photoshop and Figma
n
- Basic video editing in CapCut
n
- Email marketing support using Klaviyo and Mailchimp
n

n

About You

n

n
- Has 1–2+ years' experience in a similar role (agency or brand-side)
n
- Feels confident pitching ideas and presenting creative concepts
n
- Understands social platforms, trends, and content performance
n
- Is detail-oriented, organised, and proactive,



with the ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
n
- Loves being hands-on and involved in real production and campaigns
n
- Is comfortable being on camera and participating in content
n
- Thrives in fast-paced, growing environments
n
- Is genuinely passionate about social media, content creation, and digital marketing
n
- Wants to grow with a business
n

Qualifications

n

n
- Skilled in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimisation
n
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including Photoshop + InDesign
n
- Experience with Figma and/or Canva
n
- Experience with Meta Business Suite
n
- Experience with Klaviyo, Shopify + MailChimp
n
- Strong proficiency in Writing and developing Content Strategies
n
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with audiences and team collaboration
n
- Creativity and an eye for design to develop visually appealing social media content
n
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
n
- Experience creating content and strategies across multiple social media platforms
n
- Ability to manage time efficiently and work effectively
n
