What You Bring to the Table

You don't need a degree to have a heart, but you do need the following:

- The Gear: A current Driver's Licence (NSW or VIC) and a willingness to drive.
n
- The Safety Net: Current First Aid & CPR, a paid NDIS Workers Check (NDSWC), and a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
n
- The Commitment: Willingness to be listed on the Residential Care Workers Register (RCWR).
n
- The Vibe: A passion for inclusion and a "can-do" attitude. Qualifications in Disability or Community Services are a bonus, but we value person-first skills above all!
