Ashdown People seeks an HRIS Systems & Talent Management Administrator for a contracted engagement in the Penrith area from August to October 2026. You will administer the Council's HRIS and Talent Management platform, maintaining data integrity across positions, employee data and payroll records.
You will contribute to continuous improvement, support system movements, and provide management reports while aligning with Local Government governance and records management policies.
