The role is:

The Cafe All Rounder will complete a range of tasks to help the cafe run smoothly. This is a diverse role and demands excellent customer service skills and the ability to multi-task quickly.

This position is perfect for someone that likes talking to people, has a passion for Food & Beverage and appreciates working in a fast paced, team orientated workplace.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Greeting and salutations
n
- Operate ordermate
n
- Food & beverage operations
n
- Food and drink handling
n
- Sequence of service implementation
n
- Opening and closure process
n

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS:

n

n
- Experience of working in cafes, restaurants or similar setting
n
- Upselling and cross‐selling ability by recommending additional items such as appetizers, side dishes, desserts, and drinks
n
- Promote deals and new products
n
- Work collaboratively and communicate with other staff members to guarantee smooth operations in the cafe
n
- Possesses a valid RSA
n
