About The Role

n

As an After-Hours Supervisor, you will provide clinical leadership and oversight to ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care. You will play a key role in supporting residents, guiding care staff, and maintaining a positive and collaborative workplace culture.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents
n
- Leading and supervising nursing and care staff
n
- Overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of individual care plans
n
- Ensuring safe and accurate medication administration
n
- Providing effective communication and support to residents' families and representatives
n
- Responding to emergencies and managing critical incidents professionally and calmly
n
- Maintaining compliance with aged care standards and organisational policies
n

n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration
n




- Bachelor of Nursing (or higher qualification)
n
- Minimum 4 years' experience as a Registered Nurse in Aged Care
n
- Grade 5 Registered Nurse
n
- Sound knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards
n
- Demonstrated experience using ANNAC
n
- Strong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound care
n
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
n
- High-level documentation skills in care planning and evaluation
n
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a team
n
