Job Title: Senior DevOps / Platform Engineer

Location: Sydney, Australia.

Duration: 6-12 Months Contract.

Role Overview

n

We are seeking a hands-on Senior DevOps/Platform Engineer to own the full delivery lifecycle of a multi-tenant AI SaaS platform across AWS, Azure, and GCP. This role spans both day-to-day operational responsibilities and strategic architectural contribution.

Infrastructure & Cloud

n

n
- Manage Terragrunt-wrapped Terraform IaC for multi-customer cloud account provisioning
n
- Provision and maintain cloud resources including EKS, AKS, RDS, Redis, ACR/ECR, KMS/Key Vault, and workload identity across cloud providers
n
- Onboard current clusters end-to-end from bootstrap scripts through ArgoCD app-of-apps patterns
n
- Maintain GitOps-driven Kubernetes workload delivery via ArgoCD and Helmfile
n
- Author and promote Helm chart overlays across multiple environments
n
- Debug and remediate containerized workloads (Temporal, Authentik, kgateway, observability stacks) across cloud providers
n

CI/CD & Automation

n

n




- Build and maintain reusable GitHub Actions CI/CD workflows for Docker image builds, Terraform plan/apply gates, and cross-repo deploys
n
- Troubleshoot and remediate issues across a highly variable, multi-layer technology stack
n

Architecture & Engineering

n

n
- Contribute to product feature enhancements through design and implementation of architectural improvements
n
- Ensure all architectural changes satisfy requirements for resiliency, security, and compatibility across multiple cloud providers
n

Required Skills

n

n
- Production-level Terraform and Terragrunt in multi-account/multi-cloud environments
n
- Kubernetes (EKS and AKS) - multi-cluster management, networking, workload troubleshooting
n
- AWS, Azure, and GCP - simultaneous multi-cloud experience required
n
- Familiarity with identity and secrets management (workload identity, KMS, Key Vault)
n
- Experience with observability tooling and modern SaaS platform operations
