About the position:

Provide the highest level of customer service and public relations to the clients of the Aquarena. Actas the first point of client contact, respond appropriately and effectively, and support the provision ofservices on offer to internal and external clients.

This position is available for permanent full time appointment. This position works an average of 114hours across a three-week roster inclusive of one weekend.

Key accountabilities:

- Provide a friendly, responsive and customer focused service to internal and externalcustomers.
- Process all transactions for entry fees, membership and Pro-shop sales.
- Provide timely and accurate assistance with general enquiries from internal/external clientsin person, via email and via telephone.
- Enter bookings and enrolments onto the facilities software systems as required.

Position requirements:

The Aquarena Customer Service Officer (CSO) provides a high level of customer service and publicrelations to all Aquarena patrons. As the first point of contact, the CSO responds to enquiriesprofessionally and effectively, supports the delivery of Aquarena services, and assists both internaland external clients to ensure a positive customer experience. Through strong communication,administrative support, and a customer-focused approach, the CSO contributes to a welcoming, safe,and enjoyable setting for all facility users.





Completion of a pre-employment medical including alcohol and other substances testing is requiredof all positions at the City.

Remuneration and benefits:

The Customer Service Officer position has a salary starting from $68,472 per annum or $34.6518 perhour, offered dependent on knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications.
