We’re seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to manage the operational performance of a portfolio of commercial assets in a client-side, corporate workplace. This role suits candidates from commercial property management, facilities management, contract management, or client-side project management backgrounds.

This is a largely autonomous role focused on service delivery, compliance, contractor management, and stakeholder engagement.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overseeing day-to-day building operations and essential services
- Managing contractors, consultants, and service agreements
- Ensuring WHS, statutory, and building compliance obligations are met
- Managing operational budgets, reporting, and forecasts
- Overseeing fit-outs and minor works projects




- Acting as the key point of contact for tenants and internal stakeholders
- Participating in an after-hours/on-call roster

About you:

- Experience in a commercial, client-side environment
- Strong understanding of building services, compliance, and service delivery
- Confident managing contractors, budgets, and multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
