As a Senior Site Supervisor, you will act as the primary on‐site authority across allocated projects.

You will be supported by:
n
Three Assistant Site Supervisors handling day‐to‐day checks and routine coordination
n
A centralised Admin / Project Support team managing documentation, purchasing support, variations processing and reporting
n
Your focus will be on technical construction issues, subcontractor management, quality control and programme oversight, rather than routine admin tasks.
n
Key Responsibilities
n
Overall leadership of construction sites from commencement to completion
n
Resolve on‐site technical and construction methodology issues
n
Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring productivity, quality and safety
n
Provide technical guidance and direction to Assistant Supervisors
n
Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, NCC and relevant Australian Standards
n
Oversee construction programmes and critical path activities
n
Liaise with Project Managers, consultants, certifiers and internal teams
n
Maintain high standards of build quality and defect management
n
Lead site meetings and key trade coordination discussions
n
Support final inspections, handovers and rectification phases
n
About You
n
You will be a confident,
technically solid supervisor who can lead trades and resolve issues on site.
n
Ideally you will have:
n
5+ years' experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction
