n Job Description
n As a Senior Product Designer, you'll play a key role in elevating the experience for our existing Shift customers, while working closely with cross functional teams to bring ideas to life.
n You'll take full ownership of the design process, from identifying and prioritising opportunities, through to crafting and delivering polished, high quality user interfaces. You'll balance robustness with simplicity and aim for best in class design where it matters most.
n What You'll Do

n

n
- Lead end-to-end design processes from discovery to execution, ensuring seamless integration across platforms
n
- Work closely with stakeholders across the business to define and refine user experiences that meet business objectives
n
- Map out front-to-back customer journeys and task flows
n
- Design & prototype intuitive user interfaces
n
- Talk to our customers to understand their needs and pain points
n
- Utilise customer insights to drive design decisions and identify growth opportunities.
n
- Help grow and maintain our design system
n
- Be an advocate for Product Design by sharing your work regularly, promoting best practices, and building strong relationships with your stakeholders
n





Qualifications What you'll bring:nn
- Experience designing complex, enterprise-level software with a solid portfolio showcasing successful outcomes.
n
- Skilled in planning, conducting, and synthesising user research to inform intuitive and effective design solutions.
n
- Recent, in-house Fintech experience (ideally B2B)
n
- Highly proficient in Figma for prototyping, finished designs, and implementing design systems.
n
- Ability to iterate rapidly, validate designs efficiently, and make pragmatic trade-offs when necessary.
n
- Exceptional communication skills with a track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders and running workshops.
n
- Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking skills, and a passion for innovation in product design.
