We are seeking a proactive and adaptable Facilities Manager to lead service delivery, drive performance, and build strong client relationships. This is a client-facing role, requiring strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Develop a strong understanding of each site to manage operations and meet client needs effectively.
n
- Deliver the Services Agreement in line with contractual KPIs and performance standards.
n
- Build and maintain positive, collaborative relationships with clients and internal BGIS teams.
n
- Manage reactive and preventative maintenance through clear leadership and communication.
n
- Implement asset maintenance strategies to ensure compliance and optimise performance.
n
- Monitor and analyse asset condition, maintenance activities, and compliance data.
n
- Manage financial performance, including budgets, forecasts, cost control, and invoicing.
n
- Ensure compliance with WHS&E; policies, legislation, and BGIS systems at all times.
n
- Drive continuous improvement through performance monitoring, reporting, and service delivery.
n




- Support or assist with projects and minor works as required.
n

About You:

n

n
- Proven experience in facilities management, with a focus on operational excellence and service delivery.
n
- Solid leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
n
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
n
- Knowledge of WHS & E policies and a commitment to workplace safety.
n
- A flexible, adaptable approach with a customer-centric mindset.
n
- Critical Environments Experience (Desirable)

Trade background highly regarded but not essential
