Couture Menswear is looking for a bubbly, switched-on and highly organised person to join our Sydney team.

This is a varied role combining administration, customer communication and day-to-day showroom operations. You'll work alongside a fun and supportive team in a premium retail setting, with plenty of opportunity to learn and grow as our business continues to expand.

What you'll be doing

- Processing detailed custom orders and data entry
- Communicating with customers via phone and email
- Managing enquiries, appointments and order updates
- Packing online orders and managing stock and deliveries
- Supporting the team with day-to-day showroom/office operations

About you

- Bubbly, outgoing and confident
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Quick, switched-on and proactive




- A great communicator who enjoys dealing with customers
- Polished, well-presented and proud to represent a premium brand
- Previous experience in administration and customer service is essential
