- Developing and maintaining project programs and schedules.

- Undertaking project risk assessments and reporting.

- Preparing monthly reports, briefing notes and governance documentation.

- Facilitating stakeholder meetings and presenting project updates.

- Experience managing infrastructure or property development projects.

- Ability to prepare high-quality business cases, reports and project documentation.

- Strong project management experience across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
