The Apollo Restaurant Group is seeking a Group Sommelier to lead the wine strategy across its growing portfolio, coordinating with venue sommeliers to tailor programs for each restaurant. You will help shape lists, pricing and relationships with suppliers while driving sales and maintaining margins.
You will also train and mentor sommeliers, contribute to beverage programs for Wunderlich Lane openings, and occasionally work on the restaurant floor to stay connected with service.
