Recognised as a 2026 family law boutique law firm of the year, the practice takes a client-focused, resolution-driven approach and is genuinely selective about the matters it takes on. The team includes multiple Law Society Accredited Specialists in Family Law, backed by a team of associates and dedicated support staff.

Salary and Features of the position:

- $130,000–$160,000 + super, depending on experience

The Position:

Due to continued growth, an opportunity exists for an experienced Family Lawyer to join this Sydney CBD team. You will run your own file of complex, high-value matters with a solid focus on property settlements, including matters involving multiple properties, trusts, companies and international assets. You will work alongside Accredited Specialists on some of the firm's most complex files, with genuine mentorship and a clear path for progression.

Requirements for this position:

- Minimum 3+ years PAE in family law - Currently at a reputable family law firm, ideally with exposure to complex property and financial matters
- Confident running your own matters with support from senior specialist colleagues
- Strong drafting, negotiation and advocacy skills - Genuine commitment to a resolution-focused approach

Additional information

- $130,000-$160,000 + super, depending on experience
