The Opportunity

A fantastic chance now exists for a corporate / commercial lawyer, with approximately 1–4 years' PAE, to join this highly regarded team as a Lawyer or Associate depending on experience.
n
In this role, you will enjoy working on a diverse mix of corporate / commercial matters for high-quality clients in a range of industries, including:

n
- share and business acquisitions and sales;
n
- shareholder, unitholder, partnership and joint venture agreements;
n
- IP, copyright and licensing;
n
- structuring and asset protection; and
n
- + more!

n
You'll work closely with an exceptional Partner and senior lawyers (in a sizeable team of nearly 10),
