The ideal candidate
n
n
- 2+ years' experience managing a fast‐paced, high‐volume fashion retail store.
n
- Experience in managing a medium to large team in a fast‐paced store.
n
- A strong leader with the ability to motivate and mentor a team to achieve success.
n
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with an ability to exceed sales, wages, shrinkage KPIs, and stay in line with budgets.
n
- An eye for detail, with a passion for styling and visual merchandising.
n
- Exposure to large stock volumes and stock management.
n
- A genuine desire to be part of Seed Heritage and alignment with our values.

- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service.
