Hop Nation Brewing Co. is hiring a Sales Representative to join our Melbourne sales crew, focusing on the CBD and South-East Melbourne / Victoria. Hop Nation has a heart for community and creativity, with 16 taps in Footscray and a production facility in Mornington. This role is based in Melbourne.

This isn't your run-of-the-mill sales gig. You'll be the face of Hop Nation in the trade — building relationships, creating opportunities, and making sure our beers are in the right hands (and glasses).

- Sharing Hop Nation and our story with passion and energy; we drive a "relationship first" approach.

- Growing an existing customer base while seeking out current opportunities.
n
- Being the bridge between venues, bottleshops, and our team — ensuring feedback, ideas, and vibes flow both ways.
n
- Helping our brand shine at tastings, events, and festivals (including weekends).
n
- Maintaining accurate reporting and using the tools of the trade.

Who we're looking for

You don't need to have lived and breathed beer sales already — we're open to fresh energy.



You may have worked in hospitality, retail, FMCG, or any role where relationships matter and you've got the passion and drive to leap into something.
