About the Firm Join a progressive and established accounting firm based in Sydney CBD. This is a 2 partner, 35 staff practice, offering a collaborative and supportive environment with a clear path to partnership.
The Role This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced accounting skilled looking to take the next step in their career. You will manage a fee base of $1 million and lead a team of 5 staff, working closely with the partners to drive the growth and success of the practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of $1 million in fees across a diverse client base
- Lead, mentor and develop a team of 5 staff
- Provide high-level accounting, tax and advisory services to SME and HNWI clients
- Build and maintain solid client relationships
- Work closely with the partners on the strategic direction of the firm
- Contribute to business development and practice growth
About You
- CA or CPA qualified
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in public practice
- Proven experience managing a client portfolio and leading a team
- Strong technical knowledge across tax and advisory services
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Partnership ambition and a commercial mindset
