Gallery Group is looking for an experienced relationship builder to secure house-and-land opportunities across South East Queensland.

In this role, you'll partner with developers, landowners and brokers, positioning Gallery Group as their preferred house-and-land sales partner. This is a commercial, business development role focused on building relationships, negotiating agreements and securing land supply, not assessing sites or undertaking feasibility studies.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, landowners and brokers across South East Queensland.
n
- Position Gallery Group as the preferred house-and-land sales partner.
n
- Negotiate and secure Put & Call and Call Agreements within established commercial parameters.
n
- Work closely with Legal and internal stakeholders to finalise commercial agreements.
n
- Identify new land opportunities and maintain a healthy acquisition pipeline.
n
- Provide accurate pipeline updates to support business planning and forecasting.
n

You'll also have:

- Proven success in a B2B business development or sales role.
n
- Previous experience in land acquisition, property, real estate or development is highly regarded but not essential.

Compensation

n

Base: $250,000, plus $2,000 per lot secured. OTE: $750,000 (at the 250-lot guide: $250K base + $500K incentive). Uncapped — a superstar who secures 350 lots earns $950K.
