Role Description

This is a full‐time on‐site role for an Account Manager located in Sydney Olympic Park, NSW. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, understanding client needs, and connecting them with suitable financial solutions. Day‐to‐day tasks include conducting consultations, preparing loan applications,



following up with clients and lenders, and ensuring a smooth loan process. The role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‐solving skills to provide top‐notch customer service and achieve client satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Robust communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills

- Experience with loan application processes and financial products
n
- Ability to conduct client consultations and understand their financial needs
n
- Organizational skills and attention to detail in preparing loan documentation

- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and coordinate with lenders

- Previous experience in finance or sales is needed

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field is preferred
