The Role

As Lead Teacher, you will take full responsibility for your Elementary class, shaping a calm, purposeful and beautiful Montessori environment while leading and inspiring your classroom team.

- Guide each child's development with care, insight and respect

- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Montessori materials and child development

- Lead with clarity, fostering a collaborative and professional team culture

- Build positive, qualified relationships with families

- Contribute to the wider life of the school

We are looking for a confident and reflective Montessori practitioner who:

- Holds an AMI 6-12 Diploma and has experience of working with children
n
- Brings strong leadership, organisation and explicit communication
n
- Builds relationships with ease and professionalism
n
- Is committed to safeguarding, equity and inclusion
