- Multi billion dollar pipeline in resi and hospitality developments as well as funds management

- c $250-300k + super & bonus

- Diverse role, spanning strategy, developments and financial controllership

Founder led business with renowned portfolio of urban development, delivering exceptional growth through it's own balance sheet and further spurred by recent institutional partnerships and backing

As advisor to the MD this will be high impact and broad role, with exposure across strategy, treasury, project operations, and financial control

n

You'll deliver budgeting, forecasting, board reporting and strategic planning for the group. You'll provide insights & decision support to the to aid critical business decisions. And you'll work closely with the investments team in identifying & executing on strategic investment and growth opportunities.

You'll assume will management of a capable team of 5 in finance and be accountable continued drive towards best practice

We're looking for experienced finance executives out of property development/construction. Experience in the top finance role are preferred however my client will also consider strong 2ic's ready to step up

n

You will have proven leadership skills and the ability to manage through change. My client has seen solid growth in recent years and are looking to consolidate their processes and systems as they look to build upon this, requiring resilience
