Job description

Your role

As a Senior Workday Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Support Consultant, you will support Workday Procurement, Supplier Accounts, Inventory and Strategic Sourcing operations, helping maintain business continuity, resolve issues and improve procurement and sourcing processes across the Workday ecosystem.

You will play a key role in:

- Support procurement operations including requisitions, purchase orders, receiving, approvals, supplier onboarding, supplier maintenance and user support issues.
- Provide functional support for Supplier Accounts, Strategic Sourcing, RFx events, supplier questionnaires, sourcing templates, contracts, renewals and sourcing reporting.
- Coordinate supplier integration support including Punchout suppliers, catalog management, cXML, PO transmission, invoice interfaces, reporting and continuous improvement.

Profile description





- 7+ years of Workday Procurement experience with strong Workday Strategic Sourcing knowledge and production support experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting requisitions, purchase orders, supplier accounts, inventory, strategic sourcing, contracts and supplier management processes.
- Strong understanding of supplier integrations, Punchout suppliers, supplier catalog management, cXML and purchase order transmission issue resolution.
- Experience supporting security activities including user provisioning, role assignments, domain security, segregation of duties and periodic access reviews.
- Strong reporting, analytics, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement skills in complex Workday environments.

with classification level and salary determined based on the successful candidate's experience and qualifications. Full statutory entitlements, including the standard Superannuation Guarantee, apply.
