Naked Wines, a global company in the consumer goods industry, is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join their team as a Customer Service Representative. Naked Wines is dedicated to connecting its Angels with world-class wines made by talented winemakers, and is changing the world, one glass at a time. The company is looking for someone who shares their ambition to make a difference.

This is a temporary Customer Service Agent role to support the business during the Christmas period (Oct 2025 – Jan 2026) with the possibility of becoming permanent.

Base pay range

n

A$55,000.00/yr - A$55,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

n

n
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Naked Wines' customers, ensuring inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and accurately
n
- Assist customers with placing orders, provide product recommendations, and resolve issues during the ordering process
n
- Actively listen to customer feedback and provide appropriate solutions with a positive and empathetic attitude
n
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records, including order history, preferences, and interactions
n
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless experience
n
- Stay up-to-date with product offerings, promotions, and policies to provide accurate information
n
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to help streamline operations
n

Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the consumer goods industry
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly
n
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism
n
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment
n
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
n
- Proficient in using customer service software, CRM systems, and other relevant technology tools
n
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision
n
- Passion for wine and a desire to learn about Naked Wines' unique business model and products
n
