Job Responsibilities

- Visit retail reseller customers, including tiling stores, to build robust relationships and identify opportunities to grow their business
- Use a consultative sales approach by asking targeted questions to understand customer challenges, goals, and product requirements
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing the benefits of CDK Stone's premium tools and equipment range
- Review product ranges with reseller partners, provide market insights, and recommend new products that may benefit their customers
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, relationship building,



referrals, and customer engagement activities
- Utilise CRM data and sales reports to identify opportunities, plan customer visits, and maximise account growth

About You

- You may already be managing customer accounts in the field, or perhaps you've built strong relationships in an internal account management role and are ready to take the next step into external sales.
- Whether you're coordinating a weekend with friends or managing customer relationships at work, you're naturally organised, self-motivated and enjoy taking ownership.
- You build genuine partnerships with customers and are motivated by helping them grow. You're someone who asks thoughtful questions, solves problems and looks for opportunities to add value.

Selection Criteria

To be successful in this role, all we require is you to meet the following criteria:
