The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will manage relationships with key retail partners to ensure mutual growth and success.

Responsibilities include:

n

- Create and maintain strong connections with retail partners to achieve excellent results.
n
- Develop joint strategic plans for promotions, forecasting, and in-store execution.
n
- Utilize sell-in and POS data to generate actionable insights that drive category growth.
n
- Manage the entire process from ranging decisions to retail sell-through.
n
- Provide innovative ideas and recommendations to enhance category management.
n
- Collaborate with Product and Demand Planning teams to align market insights with business strategies.
n
- Develop and present insightful reports supporting financial forecasts and business decisions.
n

The Candidate

n

Ideal candidates will have:

n

n




- Proven experience as a National Account Manager with a track record of growth and strong retail relationships.
n
- Experience managing multiple brands or categories within a premium consumer goods company, with knowledge of the Australian and NZ retail markets.
n
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel and PowerBI.
n
- Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills to engage stakeholders and build trust.
n
- Energy and confidence in managing multiple priorities.
n
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business or Marketing.
n
