Job Title: Supply Officer

Hurstville Private Hospital is seeking a Supply Officer to join our supply team. The role involves assisting with stock ordering, receipt, and delivery within Hurstville Private Hospital and other Healthe Care facilities, under the guidance of the Supply Manager. The ideal candidate is proactive, self-motivated, and provides exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in all aspects of stock management including ordering, receipt, and delivery.
n
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure timely supply availability.
n
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
n
n

- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
n
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
n
- Proficient in computer skills and experience with computerised reporting systems.
n
- Committed to career development.

Qualifications and Experience
n
n
- Graduate Degree/Certificate in procurement and logistics or equivalent work experience.
n
- Experience in healthcare procurement and supply.
n
- Qualifications in Health Management or equivalent.
n
- Experience with procurement software systems, specifically D365.
n
n
