What the job involves:

Reviewing loan applications and client financials, preparing credit strategies
n
Supporting clients through residential and investment lending processes
n
Working alongside a supportive broker and CSM team to ensure smooth settlements
n
Developing skills in client relationship management and deal structuring
n
Stepping into a broker pathway with mentorship and career progression opportunities

What we're looking for:
n
Credit Analysts, loan processors, or junior brokers who would love to become a broker
n
Minimum of 6-12 months experience in credit analysis or lending is required
n
Robust analytical skills, client management, and attention to detail
n
Self-motivated, results-driven, and keen to grow professionally
n
Australian citizenship is required for this position
n
Minimum Certificate III/IV qualification is required
