Lifestyle Assistant

n

We are seeking a warm, enthusiastic, and creative Lifestyle Assistant to join our dedicated team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about enhancing the well‐being of older Australians through meaningful activities, social engagement, and genuine connection.

Responsibilities

n

n
- Support the planning and delivery of engaging recreational and social programmes.
n
- Build positive, supportive relationships with residents.
n
- Create a vibrant, inclusive, and enjoyable environment.
n
- Contribute to resident well‐being through companionship, conversation, and participation in activities.
n
- Serve as the friendly face that brings joy and enrichment to the lives of our residents.
n

Qualities & Qualifications

n

n
- Previous experience in aged care.
n
- Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent.
n
- Certificate IV in Leisure and Health (highly desirable).
n
- Current First Aid Certificate (with CPR).
n
- Ability to build robust, positive relationships.
n
- Confidence engaging residents in daily programmes and activities.
n




- Genuine passion for supporting and enriching the lives of older people.
n
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, along with basic computer literacy.
n
- Prior to commencement - complete a National Police Check and/or a NDIS Workers Check.
n

Marten Aged Care is located in Largs North on the picturesque Le Fevre Peninsula, with Largs beach just 500 metres away and close to public transport.
