Job Description
Overview
n
We are seeking a skilled and proactive SharePoint Administrator to work on a SharePoint uplift project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining system integrity, ensuring optimal performance, managing permissions, and collaborating with stakeholders to meet business needs using SharePoint's capabilities.

Contract

- 3 month initial contract with highly likely extensions
n
- Mix of WFH and office located in Darra
n
n
Duties
n
n
- Administer and maintain SharePoint environments. There are some minor works to start establishing our Sharepoint as an intranet to store documents, more specifically our Policies and Procedures
n
- Manage site collections, permissions and user access
n
- Work with various teams to design, develop, and implement SharePoint sites and workflows to streamline business processes.
n
- Support integration with other Microsoft 365 services (Teams, OneDrive)
n
- Provide support to end users and create relevant documentation and guides.
n
- Manage content databases and ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness.
n
- Assist in SharePoint migration projects
n
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulations concerning data security and access control.
n
n
Skills and experience required
n
n
- 3+ years of experience as a SharePoint Administrator.
n
- Solid experience with SharePoint Online and/or SharePoint Server.
n
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and related services.
n
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration tasks.
n
- Understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, and role-based access control.
n
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
