Job Description
Mammoth Biosciences is looking for a high‐agility, system‐savvy Senior Analyst – FP&A; to join our lean finance team. Reporting to the Director of FP&A;, you will be the technical lead for our financial planning tools and the primary engine behind our data analysis. This is a high‐impact role for a detail‐oriented analyst to provide the critical insights needed for executive decision‐making.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Assist in the preparation and consolidation of the annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long‐range models to ensure alignment with corporate goals
n
- Serve as the lead power user for Adaptive Insights, responsible for creating budget models, automating data flows, and building/maintaining accurate dashboard reporting
n
- Perform detailed financial analysis, provide insights, and prepare monthly reporting packages for functional teams to track spending against budget
n
- Partner with the Accounting team during month‐end close to prepare accruals and track activities across various projects and cost centers
n
- Provide analytical support for growth initiatives including product development, research partnerships/collaborations, and capital expenditure projects
n
- Proactively identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and enhance standard product cost analysis
n
- Assist with ad hoc projects as needed
n

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
n
n
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting and Business Administration
n
- 5 years of relevant experience in budgeting and financial analysis (3 years with a Master's degree)
n
- Strong analytical, problem‐solving and financial modeling skills
n
- Ability to interpret complex financial data and translate it into actionable insights
n
- Advanced Excel skills, Google Workspace and MS 365
n
- Proficiency in Adaptive Insights including model creation and management,
administration, and dashboard reporting
n
- Experience with NetSuite and exposure to financial system implementations
n
- Solid understanding of US GAAP accounting principles
n
- Ability to work onsite as needed
n
n
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
n
n
- Prior experience in the biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry
n
- MBA or CPA
n
- Self‐motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‐paced workplace with high attention to detail
n
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross‐functional leads
n
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
n

$110,000 - $137,000 a year
n
Actual base salary will be determined by relevant professional experience, applicable skills, and internal equity.
