Brand Marketer (Beauty/Skincare/Cosmetics)

Our client is a growing beauty retailer based in Melbourne, dedicated to the promotion and distribution of renowned skincare brands, in the Australian market. Our client’s distribution channels include leading pharmacy chains such as Priceline and Chemist Warehouse. Our client is seeking a proactive and dynamic Brand Marketer to join.

Working closely with the Marketing Director, you will help shape and execute our client’s digital and trade marketing strategies, driving communication and revenue goals for both retail and online platforms. As the Brand Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in our client’s marketing initiatives.

KeyResponsibilities:

Creating go-to-market strategies for key brand and product launches, ensuring the right mix of marketing tactics.

Preparing product briefs and crafting engaging communication campaigns for the retailers and the PR agency.

Coordinating and managing promotional activations across trade, offline, and online channels, including websites.

Participating in PR events, pop-up stores, tradeshows, conferences, and exhibitions.

Assisting in the creation of copy for marketing collateral, including product descriptions, email campaigns, brochures, EDMs,



and blog posts.

Designing digital brief and straightforward marketing materials in Canva, such as banners, social media graphics, digital ads, and website content.

Tobesuccessfulinthisrole,youshouldhave:

A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

Experience in brand management, ideally within the beauty or skincare industry.

A passion for skincare with prior exposure to beauty products or brands.

Proficiency in both digital marketing and traditional mass media channels.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
