We're now hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join our Docklands team, stepping into a warm desk with active roles, repeat clients and a strong candidate network.

What you'll be doing

- Managing a busy Trades & Labour desk across construction and civil
n
- Filling high-volume roles with speed and quality
n
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships
n
- Sourcing, screening and placing blue-collar candidates
n
- Managing site requirements, compliance and ongoing workforce needs
n
- Growing your desk through consistent delivery and business development
n

About you

- Experience in recruitment (Trades & Labour / industrial highly regarded) OR a strong background in sales

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

- Confident communicator who can build rapport quickly

- Organised, resilient and able to manage multiple priorities
n
- Team player with a strong work ethic
