The Opportunity

We have an opportunity for an experienced Area Manager to oversee and support our centres across the Newcastle area. This role is perfect for a hands‐on leader who thrives on building strong teams, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering the best outcomes for children, families, and team members.

Your day-to-day

n

n
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple centres within your region
n
- Lead, mentor, and inspire Centre Managers and their teams
n
- Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures
n
- Drive performance, quality, and engagement across your centres
n
- Foster a culture of safety, wellbeing, and continuous improvement
n




- Build strong relationships with families, team, and the wider community
n

About You

n

n
- Proven experience in a multi‐site leadership role (Area Manager, Cluster Manager, Operations Manager, or similar)
n
- Strong knowledge of early childhood education and care regulations
n
- Exceptional people leadership skills with the ability to coach and develop others
n
- A results‐driven mindset, balancing compliance, quality, and commercial outcomes
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skillsResilience, adaptability, and a strong commitment to safety
n
- Hold a valid Working with Children check or willingness to obtain upon commencement
n
