Workforce Health Assessors (WHA) offer a range of occupational health screening services in Australia supporting businesses to manage the health of their workforce. We specialise in employment health assessments providing our clients with timely service to meet their health screening needs.
About the role:
As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a casual/part-time Health Assessor to work across any of our Dandenong, Melbourne and / or Laverton clinics.
Our Health assessors utilise their clinical skills to undertake a range of health assessments to conduct employment medical assessments whilst supporting candidates through the medical assessment process. In this role, you will:
Conduct face to face employment medical assessments which cover musculoskeletal and functional screening, hearing, vision, spirometry, and drug and alcohol screening.
Complete reports, provide recommendations around fitness for specified work roles and arrange additional testing.
Maintain room/equipment including sanitisation and hygiene requirements in line with protocols.
Participate in quality management projects as required.
Assist with the running of the clinic, greeting clients, performing administration tasks, including ordering etc.
Conduct general administration and reporting.
Undertake onsite assessments at client locations as required, ensuring all equipment and documentation standards are maintained.
Travel between WHA clinic’s and client sites as needed and provide support across additional locations based on operational requirements.

To be successful, you must possess the following essential requirements:
AHPRA Registration is advantageous
Current National Police Check.
Current Working with Children Check.

Strong computer and systems skills, written skills and accuracy.
The ability to travel regionally or interstate at short notice
