The Role

n

We are seeking a motivated and reliable team member to join us as a Vending Machine Filler & Service/Warehouse Support. This is a diverse and hands-on role that combines three key areas:

n

- Vending Machine Operations – Refill and maintain machines across designated routes, ensuring they're always stocked, clean, and ready for use.
n
- Technical & Service Support – Learn how to carry out basic technical tasks such as troubleshooting, diagnostics, and minor repairs. (Full training will be provided – no prior technical experience required.)
n
- Warehouse Assistance – Support our warehouse operations by helping with pre-kitting stock for machine refills, organising inventory, and preparing orders for the team.
n

Key Responsibilities

n

- Refill and maintain vending machines along designated routes.
n




- Perform basic service and technical support tasks, including machine checks and minor repairs (training provided).

- Keep machines clean, well-presented, and fully stocked.
n
- Collect cash, reconcile amounts, and follow company banking procedures.
n
- Assist in the warehouse with pre-kitting stock, inventory checks, and restocking.
n
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members, responding promptly to any questions or issues.
n
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented workplace culture.

Mandatory Requirements

n

n
- Current driver's licence and reliable transportation.
n
- Working With Children Check and Police Check (or ability to obtain).
n
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 20kg.
n
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset.
n
- Willingness to learn technical servicing (no prior experience required).
n
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
n
